It all started in the early of January, while Orpheus was playing music in the Eagle Rock park. Everybody enjoy the way how Orpheus played his music. It made everyone want to dance by the joy of the music he played. So, as he was walking by in the park playing his music, he heard a noise from a tree, but ignored and continued playing on his music. Then, he heard the noise began. Since his music was being able to do anything,(everybody thought that it wasn't true and he was crazy) he still continued to play. Then a women came out of a tree and was named Erudices. They both fell in love together and got married. But one day, while they both were in the Eagle Rock park, Orpheus was playing music. While Orpheus was playing music, Erudices was wodering off the park, she began to have a nice walk. Suddenly, Erudices got bitten by a rattle snake and Erudices died. Orpheus didn't knew until he found her laying down. He got so upset, that he would have never played music ever agained. Later on, people had begged him to play music, but he refused to. My Favorite Greek Thinker

There are many Greek thinkers but, I only have one favorite. My favorite Greek thinker is Pythagoras. He is my favorite thinker because he had made discoveries of math and music. Pythagoras used both math and music together. They way how he used it was that he was being able to use mathematics and numbers to explain his musical notes. Another reason why Pythagoras is my favorite Greek thinker ic because he also taught many of his followers of how to live a good life. Pythagoras also named the formula of how to solve the length of sides of triangles afther his name. Those are the reasons why Pythagoras is my favorite Greek thinker.

Hector

I had seen the video about the death of Hector. The death of Hector was caused by him fighting Achilles but, I infer that he did the right thing of fighting Achilles. I agree because as Hector said, he say the moment of him fighting Achilles in his dream. My inference was that maybe Hector was wondering of what the dream meant. He was waiting for him fighing Achilles. I predict that Hector accepted Achilles's challenge because as I said, he had seen the moment in his dream, he wants to know what it meant. I would have done the same thing fighting Achilles if I was Hector.

The Myth of Osiris

Osiris was the king of the Earth with her sister Isis as the queen once ruled by his father Geb. Osiris ruled the Earth for so many years and was a good king. But, his death occured during the time when he was king. It was on a hot day when Osiris was with the queen Isis and his other siblings named Seth and Nephthys. The whole family were in the living room talking about their parents Nut and Geb and of their memories with them because they passed away. Then Seth leaves the living room because he says that he needs to go use the bathroom, but he didn't .

Seth insteads goes to the kitchen and makes sure there is nobody in the kitchen. Then, Seth saw a servant coming in and Seth asked her, '' Excuse me mam' which food is Osiris eating.'' The servant answered him and said,'' That is Osiris's food over there. Why do you ask Seth?'' Seth says,'' No reason at all.'' Moments later when the servent left, Seth went over to Osiris's food and put poison his food. When food was ready and everybody sat at the table. Osiris gave a little speech which was, '' My fello people, I am gathered here with my beloved family Isis, Seth, and Nephthys. I am delighted that all of you are joined here with me. Lets all celebrate this moment together.''

Ather the speech was over, Seth was in over joy but, also guilty of the poison he put in Osiris's food. When Osiris ate a single bite of food, Osiris started to cough. Then he started to cough again and again. Before anybody knew, Osiris started to choke. Those were his last moments he had to live. Everybody didn't knew what actually did happen to him. They just know that he just died without no explanation. That is the way how Osiris died.

What Causes the Floods of the Nile River?

What actually did cause floods of the Nile River? Every single year, rainfall in the far part of Egypt in the highlands of East Africa caused the Nile river to flood. It was kind of noticeble and easy to predict of the nile's rivers floods than the rivers of Tigris and Euprates rivers in Mesopotamia. The Nile's flood cover the land all around. In Mesopotamia the silt will make the land much more darker color. That is the way how they called the land, the black land. Egyptians awaited the flooding of the Nile every single year. That is what causes the floods of the Nile River

Who Is Gilgamesh?

Gilgamesh was known as a very powerful ruler of Mesopotamia. He was also known for being mean. Gilgamesh was being mean to his peers because he was, well just mean. He didn't had anything to do. He was just bored. Then all of a sudden, he took Enkido to a trip to cut down the trees in the forest and to fight monsters too, especialy Humbaba. As soon as they were starting to cut down the trees, Humbaba heard the trees falling down. Humbaba started to attack Gilgamesh and Enkido. Then, all of a sudden, Gilgamesh grabbed the saw and killed the Humbaba. Gilgamesh and Enkido made doors out of the trees. As Enkido and Gilgamesh were on their way to the palace, Enkido had fell. When he was on the bed laying down, Enkido slowly died. That was the end of the story of Gilgamesh.
I infer that the meaning of the story of Gilgamesh was that don't say what your not. For example, Gilgamesh thought that he was just powerful because he was 2 of 3 of being a god. But, when he was put to the test, Gilgamsh failed both tests that he was given. I would also like to add is that if you sometimes think that you are powerful, doesn't mean that you really are. For example, Gilgamesh thought that since he was part god, thinks he is all that.Like I said before, Gilgamesh had lost on both tests that they had gave to them. In my opinion, I infer that to don't say what your not is the meaning.
I infer that Gilgamesh wasn't a hero. I think that he isn't a hero because Gilgamesh was being able to do stuff. For example, when they ordered Gilgamesh to not to sleep, he slept more that 5 days, or more. I would also like to add is that when they ordered him to get the plant under the sea, and he got it. But when he fell asleep, a snake came up to Gilgamesh and ate the plant, he failed the test. He was known as being powerful. That is why in my opinion, he wasn't a great hero.

Living As A Mesopotamian

When I was in Sumer, it was dated back 3500 B.C.E. As being a mesopotamian, throughout the years, I have to face up with the new challenges in Sumer. For example, we had to find a solution for the promblems in Sumer such of difficulties in building and controlling the irrigation system to serve the needs of several villages. The way how I felt was very stressed because it was very difficult for me and my community to maintain the irrigation system. My community and I didn't knew what to do to solve all of our promblems. We didn't knew what was going to happen next.
